Verrado is a master-planned community inside the city of Buckeye, built out since 2004 at the foot of the White Tank Mountains, so the housing stock runs newer than most of the West Valley. That means more EV charger circuits, panel additions for pools and casitas, and security or flood lighting, and less of the aluminum-wiring work the older Buckeye streets still need. It is about a 15 to 20 minute drive from our home base in Litchfield Park, and we work Verrado alongside the rest of Buckeye.
